ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Orders will ship Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays. However, orders may take 1-3 days to prepare after order is processed. Orders are processed immediately once checkout is completed, for this reason we are not able to make changes to the order once you complete the order. Icey minks not responsible for packages after they are picked up by courier. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. Estimate processing dates are for in stock items only. In the unlikely event that an order has been placed on items that are out of stock, we will contact you immediately with option for full refund or replacement on out of stock items.
USPS Priority Mail shipping: 1-3 day processing time before packages are shipped. We operate Monday- Saturday from 9am-6pm and are closed on Sunday. USPS DOES NOT SHIP TO PO AND APO!
International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping cost is calculated at checkout. If you are unable to complete shipping to your country, please email us at Iceyminks@yahoo.com
Currently we only offer international shipping via FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated through FedEx based on the weight of your package.
International Duties and Fees: Icey Minks is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing goods to countries outside the United States. The purchaser is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other associated fees for importing their orders. Icey Minks does not charge importing fees, these fees are charged to purchasers by their country.
RETURN POLICY
Due to sanitary reasons, Icey Minks cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened. Icey Minks prides ourselves on ensuring our product is of the highest quality. All our product goes through a rigorous quality inspection prior to being approved to ship. In the rare instance, that a proven defective product has been shipped, buyer should notify Icey Minks within seven days of receipt via email (Iceyminks@yahoo.com). If return is approved, buyer will be contacted with return instructions. Icey Minks reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product.
IN NO EVENT WILL ICEY MINKS,LLC OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURTS COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTLY SOLD BY ICEY MINKS, LLC. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS ICEY MINKS,LLC. FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, PROVIDED THAT THE ICEY MINKS, LLC LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In Store Pick Up: In store pick ups, exchanges, or purchases can be made at our location within operating business hours of Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 7PM with the exception of our lunch hour Noon - 1 PM. If you are unsure about holiday hours please feel free to give us a call and find out! Anyone is welcome to come to our store front to make a purchase and try out some of our products! Please come prepared if you are picking up lashes for your artist (we will not be able to tell what kind of lashes you are wearing by looking at them... maybe one day though!)
Shipping Time: All packages are shipped out 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Shipping time does not include transit time. Please allow a couple extra days when placing an order to ensure your package gets delivered when you need it. If you place an order for 2 day express or overnight shipping please remember this is transit time and does not include how long it takes us to process your order here! We would love for everyone to get their packages instantly but due to increasing sales and our hours of operations some packages may take longer to process. We appreciate all your patience with us ! xoxo
Refunds and Exchanges: For sanitary reasons we cannot accept any returns on product once it has left our office. If your product is defective or damaged we will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation! Please let us know upon receiving the product if this is the case! Should you order too many lashes or the wrong lashes, we are not liable for returning your purchase price. We are committed to 100% quality and cleanliness, and cannot re-sell lashes.
